Our Love Story

We are Tashi and Tori Tenzin! I bet if you asked around to the people who knew us when we met, they would say they saw it from the beginning, even if we didn’t. Two guarded hearts don’t exactly fall in love at first sight. Our love came slyly, like the slow burn of a romance novel (if you know you know). Depth, intertwining, and raw emotion took the place of a typical meet cute, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. After years of dancing we found our groove and Tashi proposed on our fifth anniversary! But only a few months later we found out we would be welcoming a new life to our family, a baby girl.

We decided we were not going to let that halt our wedding plans and set a date for two months after the birth, close call, I know! We really wanted our family and friends to be able to settle in and enjoy themselves and get to know all the wonderful people in our lives. We booked a hot springs resort for a weekend in September and invited as many of our closest people to come stay for the weekend, it was MAGICAL!

We kept it casual and had a taco party, followed by a sunset ceremony around a fire pit, we are a bit pagan like that, barefoot and all!

Our new life as husband and wife AND mom and dad has been nothing short of perfectly imperfect and we look forward to a life time of love.
